I was looking for a bench that was of high quality in the way it was made, how it looked, and the weight it could hold. The F35 rack is great!. Installation was straight forward and fairly simple. I do recommend using silicone based lubricant during installation on the cables and pulleys. After I put it together the cables seemed to bind slightly. After a light coating using a cloth they move smoothly. The rack is very sturdy when properly mounted. Purchased the spirit B-5 all in one machine spring of 2024. Setup was a breeze takes three or four hours so you get a nice work out right out the gate. Once put together all the components worked smoothly and looks great in my work out room. The adjustable bench seat surprisingly works better than advertised. Got the F22 power rack with the rubber mats to protect my pretty floor underneath. I don't have a basis for comparison as you can see these were the first components of my workout room. Picture shows two boxes worth. One seems enough (barely) for the power rack but I'm glad I got two so I could extend the mats a little further for the bench to come in and out without touching the floor.
