This really is an impressive piece of equipment for the cost. The squat rack is sturdy and heavy even without plates weighing it down. I have all of my plates on a separate weight tree and I still use every function (like the pull up bar and dip bars) without any additional weight to hold it steady. The F22 is the perfect rack for anyone wanting to build a gym in their home. I specifically put mine in the garage in a bay that I was not using for parking a car and it fits perfectly. Putting it together was a breeze but would recommend using your own socket wrenches if you have them just to make it go by faster. The instructions made it very simple to put together.
