It is interesting that the instructions don’t have actual directions but able to get it put together by looking at the pictures….pretty straight forward. Seems solid. It has been about 6 months with this power rack and I cannot recommend it enough. It feels sturdy when racking weights and is the cable system moves great. All of the attachments it comes with are awesome. I especially love the dip bars. The height of the pull up bar is just high enough for me to reach on my tip toes (I'm 5'9), which makes it perfect for loaded sets. I wanted to wait about a month before providing a review. The quality and sturdiness of the unit are very impressive. The hardest part of the install for me was lining the unit up to the bolts on the wall. Once secured, it has very little shake during workouts. My biggest problem was with the removeable pin that secures the pull-up bar. The plastic ball on the end has stripped out and no longer stays on the metal pin. Great price and solid adjustable bench. If anyone is going to break it, it's going to be one of my firefighters. We snapped two other competitors benches into two peices at the joint. Luckily no one was under any serious weight when that happened. That is definitely not going to be an issue with the Major Fitness bench having a much better design and a #1300 limit, but we will try I'm sure. Just received my B52 Smith Machine last week and put it together today. I put it together by myself (even though it recommends two people), and it wasn't bad at all! securing the pullup section was the hardest part by far. The directions were easy to follow other then a few parts being mislabeled. The packing slip and part list differed from the instructional manual on a few steps. I purchased the Major Fitness F22 Standard and have been extremely happy with it. I also upgraded to the aluminum pulleys, which was definitely worth the investment—the pulley movement is smooth and responsive. The F22 is solid, stable, and well-built.
