Packaging was great, and the assembly directions were easy to follow. I did need the rubber mallet (and silicone spray) to insert the guard rails - not sure why it needs to be so tight but it worked out. I needed a hammer to drive the bolts through the tubes that attach the two foot plates. A mallet can’t fit in the space to reach them. After owning a weight equipment set for 37 years, I decided to find a well-built, versatile, safe rack that would allow me to do full body work outs. The Major Fitness PLM03 was right for me. The 2"x3" tubular steel, 3 cross members at the top, 16 triangle braces, and a roomy extended cage length convinced me it would be stable. Honestly, this rack exceeded my expectations. For the price, including 230 pounds of weights and attachments, you really can’t go wrong. The barbell is good quality, as are the plates. The attachments certainly aren’t commercial grade, but I’ve been using them for months and they get the job done. It’s well built and more sturdy than I anticipated. Took most of Saturday to put together but this thing is fantastic. It has so many options I will need to figure out new routines for us! Really nice quality product. The only things I wonder about are the two front blue colored vertical bars which actually just sit on the bottom rests and are held in place by V-shaped metal plates. I recently purchased a B52 Pro Smith machine, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I also received a leg press attachment. I was able to put the machine together by myself with my 6-yr olds help. Directions were pretty easy to follow. I have the F22 and added the Lat Pulldown extensions and the new “premium”leg holder attachment. This write up is focused on the “premium” leg holder attachment. The attachment itself is heavy duty and the fit is nice and tight. It doesn’t move/rattle/wobble when being used. Cushions are great but the end caps holding things together could be better, like bolts/threaded holes instead of 2 set screws.
