Great lifting rack! I know a lot of people said the instructions could be better, and I agree, but honestly it's still very easy to get together. The rack is very sturdy for squats as well. The pulley system is a huge bonus. The bench is better than any I've ever used in a gym - it's actually wide enough for my shoulders. As you can see in the photo, even my dog loves it! She just got her first set in 😀

Putting it together was a breeze. Maybe once or twice it would have been handy to have a second person, but it wasn't bad at all. I love the fact that I have a pull up bar, pulley system, squat rack, land mine, low row station, lat pulldown station, and weight bench system all in such a small footprint. It works really well for my space and I can accomplish anything that the big boy racks can! Highly recommend this rack!

Love the new bench. My old bench was one that I pulled out of the garbage. I said it was good enough until you went to lift anything while using it and realized how not sturdy it was. When I bought the PLM03 I decided it was time to upgrade my bench. Boy am I glad I did. The new Major Lutie bench is comfortable, adjustable and soooo sturdy. The handle and wheels make it a Breeze to move around. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a new bench.

This is the perfect home gym rig. It fits in my basement that has lower ceilings (approx 7') which was a major concern before ordering it. I use it nearly every day along with my wife and we can't imagine working out anywhere else now. Love the smith machine, the cables, and the rack. We bought the Major Lutie Olympic barbell and weight set up to 275 lb and the bar with low bounce bumper plates are awesome for benching, squats, cleans and deadlifts. Legit.

I just received my new Spirit B52 machine and just got it all set up. One thing I will say is the instruction manual says it’s a two person job and you better believe two people will make the task a lot easier. Unfortunately I did not have any help so took the task on by myself and it can be done. I purchased this machine to work on myself and spend quality time with my 16 year old daughter who is a fitness junky. Look forward to the endless workouts this machine is capable of doing.

This is proving to be the best home gym I have worked out on. The cost was reasonable and the add on options have been wonderful additions. I especially like the add-on shoulder machine. Easy build in an afternoon. Added a little lubrication to the pulleys and that reduced some slight friction and vibration from the cables. Now, the cables pull silently and effortlessly. Very happy with the F-22!

Came earlier than expected. The quality is great, just the right stiffness in the pads for support yet comfortable. This bench has various adjustments including one small decline position! It looks a bit lonely here, but that is because I am waiting for the delivery of my new B52 set up that shipped recently! Cant wait to get the full set together shortly. Easy setup. I watched another customers YouTube video of setup, but only had to reference it a few times to see the image of certain areas. This is a great addition to our garage gym. Sturdy. Pulleys are smooth. Idk what else to say except it has everything we need. The bench size is fine. I have heard some say they wish it was a little larger, but for 5’6” to 6’1” ranging from 140-185 lbs it works great. I have been a heavy lifter for years and I have no complaints.

I couldn't be happier with this power cage. It has everything I've ever wanted in one, and it takes up about a third as much space as others I'd considered. The resistance on the cables is great. It's easy to fold, making it convenient to switch between various different exercises. The hooks feel extremely stable even when I'm putting 200ls+ on them. I can't wait to buy some lever arms and other attachments. This thing is going to replace virtully all of my other strength training equipment.

Set up was not as difficult as I expected. Exceptional for a home gym . Steady and stable for the amount of weight/resistance you are able to use. At 6’2” and 240 PDS able to do pull ups without feeling like it’s going to collapse. I enjoy visiting the gym but my wife works out from home so this was the perfect fit for our garage. Just finished setting up the rack and am excited to get my first workout in. Only suggestions I have for other buyers would be to unscrew some of the pulleys to make it easier to feed the cable through, and applying some lubricant to the metal bars that the pulley travels up and down. Assembly was roughly 4.5 hours in total but this included taking time to watch assembly videos and set pieces out for the process of assembly.
