This has been one of the best investments I ever made. This rack comes with many attachments that allow you to get a full workout quickly. The frame is sturdy and designed well. The assembly only takes a few hours, and only 2 wrench sizes are needed which makes assembly even easier. First workout on the new F35 nothing short of spectacular. This was super easy to set up right out of the box. Everything showed up quick. Within a few days of ordering it was at my house. I've been using this machine for about a year. Very impressed with the quality for the price. Very well made. I do recall it took every bit of 8 total hours to put together by myself, and im handy. The amount of exercises and areas of focus are nearly unlimited. You shouldn't get bored, always will have a new move or workout idea to try.
