I’m loving this more and more each day! Definitely think it’s better to put together with a 2nd person helping. Took my friend and I a few hours to complete. Was pretty straight forward though with the instructions. Looks and feels super sturdy. There were a few metal pieces that did have the holes punched out, but we were able to hit em with a tool and they punched out.

Really good bench at a good price. The only thing that would be a downside is using as a dedicated flat bench. The pads seem to slope towards each other. May not affect everyone but as a taller guy, it locks you to being in that single spot. I definitely would still recommend it though.

I really like it so far! Set up was easy and straight forward. I did it by myself in about 2 hours. Lots of bolts so definitely use an impact drill to save time. Very sturdy. Honestly, I’m pretty impressed so far. I’ve had it up for about a week now, set up wasn’t terrible. It’s like IKEA instructions, very difficult to follow, but at least I knew that before the purchase from the reviews. It’s sturdy and very functional. I was hesitant about the cables but they work great and are good quality. I highly recommend the YouTube videos for setting up the cables, made it way easier. Great value for everything included.

Great lifting rack! I know a lot of people said the instructions could be better, and I agree, but honestly it's still very easy to get together. The rack is very sturdy for squats as well. The pulley system is a huge bonus. The bench is better than any I've ever used in a gym - it's actually wide enough for my shoulders. As you can see in the photo, even my dog loves it! Putting it together was a breeze. Maybe once or twice it would have been handy to have a second person, but it wasn't bad at all. I love the fact that I have a pull up bar, pulley system, squat rack, land mine, low row station, lat pulldown station, and weight bench system all in such a small footprint. It works really well for my space and I can accomplish anything that the big boy racks can! Highly recommend this rack!
