I am officially on day 9 of my journey. To date, I cannot say if I lost anything except for my craving for sweet stuff after I have eaten and that constant hungry feeling that I use to have. My water intake increased but I don't have the extra energy that everyone else has. I havent changed too much regarding my diet, but it seems that I will have to cut on my carbs. (I love pasta). I will keep on going and see at the end of my three months if there is a difference.
