Ordered Birdie and gave it a test on arrival, very good alarm. I attached it to my handbag and take it with me when away from home. Hopefully I never need to use it, but definately good to have for security.

I bought the Birdie for my granddaughter and friend who are doing a semester abroad in Italy. They loved it and so did their parents. The company was very efficient and when the order did not arrive at all, they quickly sent me a new order so it would be available for the girls in January. This one was a replacement as my daughter’s other one, the sound wouldn’t work after we changed the batteries so it had a little fault. Customer services were fantastic and just replaced it. They are great for peace of mind for parents. Really stylish too, so my daughter doesn’t mind carrying it around with her.

I love these. I purchased quite a few to give as little graduation gifts for my daughters girlfriends to take to college. They only thing that I don’t like is that the battery only lasts for one year even if it’s not used. I do not see a place to replace a battery and I’m not sure the girls will do so if they could.

Got it as a gift for my daughter going to college 2 states away! The color coconut is the perfect white she loves and the gold is a nice touch. When she tested it, it was easy enough to pull the alarm, but sturdy enough it won’t accidentally go off in class. The alarm was extremely loud and the light flashed just as the site shows. Will definitely get one for myself and add it to future gift lists for others!

I wrote to them and in a matter of a few days, they were able to send me a new one back out. That was outstanding customer service. I kept the yellow one and am giving the other two to friends. It is loud! And I love the bright yellow - I dropped it on a walk with my dog in the woods, and it was easy to find! (I hadn't put it on the clip yet!). My dog has been attacked before by another dog, plus I've seen a coyote in the woods, so I feel much safer carrying it.
