I kept the yellow one and am giving the other two to friends. It is loud! And I love the bright yellow - I dropped it on a walk with my dog in the woods, and it was easy to find! (I hadn't put it on the clip yet!). My dog has been attacked before by another dog, plus I've seen a coyote in the woods, so I feel much safer carrying it.

I bought 3 of these, 2 for my granddaughter, and daughter, and one for myself. My granddaughters kept going off. I wrote to them and in a matter of a few days, they were able to send me a new one back out. That was outstanding customer service. I only wish they had a red one in stock, but I'm just glad I was able to protect my girls.
