Very pleased with my purchase... another reviews mentioned that it wasn't easily dislodged and that seems to be true. That was a concern when I ordered it, but not anymore. It also looked much larger in one of the pictures, but it's a really nice size. AND I needed a new keychain and couldn't find one I liked, and the set of solid brass is much higher in quality than I expected.... thank you so much!

I’ve been wanting one of these for a while—I’m so glad I got it! The alarm is super loud, and very easy to use. The key chains it comes with are really high quality. I’m keeping mine in my purse or in my pocket at all times, and have attached a mini pepper spray to the keychain too.

So happy and excited for my BIRDIE! The ordering process was easy. I received an email with my order confirmation, an email when my BIRDIE shipped, and an email to let me know BIRDIE had been delivered to my home. Amazing communication! The product is great. I purchased the Birdie+ for my daughter. She travels a good bit. I try to arm her with the tools to protect herself. Having Birdie+ added to her tool belt; has given both of us a sense of peace. In a constantly changing and more dangerous world, women need to have the tools to protect themselves. It’s only $5 a month to have access to an immediate help line. I highly recommend Birdie+.
