So happy and excited for my BIRDIE! The ordering process was easy. I received an email with my order confirmation, an email when my BIRDIE shipped, and an email to let me know BIRDIE had been delivered to my home. Amazing communication! The product is great. Fits perfectly on the brass keychain that was included. I hope I never need to use it but knowing I have it eases my mind.

Love my Birdie! I purchased 3 and gave one to each of my daughters. My only concern is that anytime I move my keys a quick chirp goes off and scares everyone around me. Perhaps I have a faulty Birdie? Please advise.

I purchased the Birdie+ for my daughter. She travels a good bit. I try to arm her with the tools to protect herself. Having Birdie+ added to her tool belt; has given both of us a sense of peace. In a constantly changing and more dangerous world, women need to have the tools to protect themselves. It’s only $5 a month to have access to an immediate help line. I highly recommend Birdie+.

I received my order within a week and I was thrilled with my purchases. I had bought one for my daughter, one for my daughter in law and one for myself. I actually purchased the Birdie for my daughter who lives on her own about 5-6 hours from us. She lives in a large city & has to walk her dog at night so this is one of the many reasons I wanted her to have the Birdie.

I used to be really confident to go for a walk around the city or in the bush by myself. However over the years I had lost that carefree attitude. I was having trouble with my Birdie "chirping" at random (and inconvenient!) times. It's over 1 1/2 years since I purchased it and it's been on my keychain taking a beating-so I just inquired if it was a problem they were experiencing with older Birdies. No questions asked-it was replaced! I truly was not reaching out for that reason. The customer service (along with an outstanding product) was fantastic! I had originally purchased 6 of these and cannot recommend them enough!

My daughter had a scary experience in a parking garage across from her apartment-one in which she previously felt safe. I immediately ordered Birdie for her. She loves that she can push a button to either make the sound, or call someone who can verify her safety. As a mom, I feel better as well.
