Love this!! It's very cute and stylish on my car key chain, but makes me feel safer just having it on there. I live alone and often come home from work after dark, so it makes me feel more secure coming home at night until I get into my apartment door. The sound is quite loud and the light flashes bright, so I feel like it would do a good job alerting people around me in an emergency. Definitely recommend this, especially for any women who live alone!

I am a mom of two girls, 10 & 4. This is simple enough for them to be able to use and loud enough that my 4 year old doesn’t want to carelessly play with it. They both understand what this is to be used for and that it needs to be “respected”. Love them! They’re louder than I expected. I was at work and I put my hands in my pocket and my finger always goes right to the hole. So I popped it off and the alarm sounded and everyone stopped what they were doing and looked my way until I turned it off. Needless to say, it definitely does its job of getting everyone’s attention. Hopefully i’ll never need to use it in real life but I have faith in it if I do.

I live in a more poor area of town with a high crime rate. I have a key cat for protection but feel as if an altercation results in violence, I will not win. I love how accessible this device is! It’s very sleek, discreet, and tucks into a side pocket I have in my bag. It’s comforting to know that with a pull of the pin, I can scare off someone not looking to attract attention. Love my ShesBirdie. We live in a smaller town, but when walking a trail recently with a friend and our kiddos we had a scary experience. I’m love the color! Plus it looks sleek and streamlined even though we’re not supposed to be about aesthetics hahaha I take it with me any time I leave the house. Thankfully, I haven’t had the need to use use it but I did test it out and so far, it’s great. The alarm was startlingly loud and there is also a flashlight. I also like the gold clip that comes with it. It’s a clip that uses its own screw so you know it’s not easy to take the alarm out unless you pull the pin of the alarm itself.

Very pleased with my purchase... another reviews mentioned that it wasn't easily dislodged and that seems to be true. That was a concern when I ordered it, but not anymore. It also looked much larger in one of the pictures, but it's a really nice size. AND I needed a new keychain and couldn't find one I liked, and the set of solid brass is much higher in quality than I expected.... thank you so much!
