I had bought 14 as Christmas gifts for female friends and family. One of the Birdies did not work. I emailed the company explaining my grievance. They sent me another one free of charge. That is what a great honorable company should do!! Now I’m a very happy customer. Plus, these are definitely loud!👍

I purchased 8 Birdie’s for Christmas gifts 2023. After I sat with all of the girls most important to me, talked about Birdie and gave them out I realized I didn’t have a Birdie for myself. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the one I wanted to come in , so I ordered three more, one for me, my husband and one extra, I’m sure I’ll find someone who needs it. I believe birdies are great. I ordered one for myself and my daughter. I plan to order a few more for family members that commute to work using public transportation. It is a great device, the light is warning and shocking. The sound is not as loud as I thought but the sound seems to get louder the longer the device is detached. #Useful

I bought this for my daughter who was concerned that she would accidentally end up spraying herself with pepper spray if she ever needed to use it. Also, sometimes you aren't allowed to carry pepper spray into venues and such, so birdie was a great option for us. I think families with teens and maybe even pre-teens could benefit from this product.
