Ordered 3 Birdie alarms for Christmas gifts. Upon receipt, I tested all three . One didn’t work, I changed batteries and it still didn’t work. I wrote your company explaining my situation and was sent a new Birdie within about a week .

My Birdie came quickly after ordering! It is a soft shade of lavender. I immediately familiarized myself with it by pulling the end off so that I could hear the alarm. It is very loud and it flashes brightly. Both the alarm and the flash are very noticeable. Luckily, I have not had to use the Birdie but it does go everywhere I do in the event of an emergency. I also ordered my college niece a Birdie for campus. She received the aqua one and said that it was very nice and that she felt safe...

I purchased three - one for each of my daughters who live in Manhattan snd one for my sons girlfriend who lives in Los Angeles. It gives me peace of mind that they are not defenseless Should the unthinkable happen. They very promptly apologized for the problem and offered to send me a new Birdie to replace the defective one. After I chose my replacement color , I quickly received a new Birdie for my daughter. I feel like this is the perfect defense device. It will create space between you and whomever is not welcome in your space. I don’t feel that this will have negative consequences or can cause bodily harm to anybody. The birdie will do what it is intended to do, protect and sound the alarm if there is an unwanted advance.
