The Birdie+ I purchased last year stopped functioning properly. The Birdie customer service team was very helpful in helping to troubleshoot the problem and send out a replacement item. Everyone was kind, helpful, and did not waste any time in helping to solve the problem. I just hope this Birdie+ lasts longer and doesn't have any issues!

I got one for my daughter and she took it camping with her and her 8 year old daughter in the Uintahs which you hike into. She didn't need it, but was glad she had it. Even though she took bear spray she thought the alarm would scare one off plus people are really rude and will just walk through your campsite. So she also took it for that reason. I have now purchased 8 Birdies. My recent purchase was to replace my own.
