Appreciate the daily update on my order via email which let me know how my order was progressing and when I would receive it. My order was quicker than expected and when I received it it looked as good as was shown in the photos provided. I am going to send the bracelet to my son in Australia for his birthday gift.

I personally love the set, but bought it for my daughter in laws 50th birthday only to learn from my son that she can't wear silver, so i am stuck with it, which i don't mind except my birth stone is an emerald (May). apart from that all went well, can't complain

This is the second time I’ve bought this personalised gift, this time for my soon to be second daughter in law. The luxury box I ordered with my daughter’s necklace was beautiful. It was well made and when opened it lite up . Shining on the pendant . It made it look even more beautiful. Worth spending the money to upgrade .
