Very, very prompt service! I couldn't find where to enter the name on the order, so emailed it & within an hour got a shipping notification. I was concerned that they had not seen my email, so emailed them about this & had a reply within minutes confirming the engraving had been done. Great service & the case looks great, especially with the light on the contents.
