Good for what it is, it's not a miracle worker but it helps me get back into the rhythm of working out. The "training guide" is literally just one side of a piece of paper showing the color codes and the example picture next to them isn't even the right product.
In short, it makes all kinds of push-ups easier and simpler to do. Would recommend if you want to work out but feel overwhelmed by techniques and the "proper way" to exercise.
