Does what it advertises to do, and comfortably so.... Sturdy and well built.... 15 reps x 2 on every chest setting (last one little difficult to fugure out hand/shoulder placement) for 5 days had me growing symmetrically and solidly. Would def. recommend.

For $60 when it came it was a cheap looking thin plastic. I guess I just expected something more hardy. My boys do love it though. They’ve been using it. I have not tried it, we’ll see how it does under the weight of an adult.

My son really likes how this clearly targets numerous muscle groups to be a little more strategic with his workouts. One negative he shared was the handles hurt his hands after awhile. Padding on the handles would be a great addition. 9/10!!

I am really happy that I stumbled across this on the internets. I am happy with my purchase. The Quadropress helps make push-ups more interesting. I also like that you can target different muscles. It is a little bit expensive, in my opinion, but I am happy that I purchased the unit. I would recommend purchasing, if you are on the fence about it.

I love the concept. I have fairly large hands and I found the handles a bit too small in circumference. I had to add on a racquet wrap to make it useable. Easy fit, but I expected the handles to be a bit beefier as made.

It's great, but the inside vertical shoulder grip is a bit faulty. I guess it can't handle 200 lbs because the grip slips out after about 8 pushups and keeps cutting my hand. Other than that it's great, but maybe work on reinforcing the design.

I purchased some weight lifting style gloves because at 225 lbs, the plastic handles were painful on the bottom of my palms. I started slowly because at age 62 having not done push-ups in awhile, I needed to get the joints warmed up. Started with 5 half reps and have worked up to 10. I love all the muscle groups that are covered. Impossible to do this without this device. Easy to use. Easy to store. I can already see results.

I have issues with the grips trying to rotate on me when in the shoulder positions, though I'm not sure how much is due to shoulder issues I have. The closer I put the grips to the middle of the board the more itll rock and make noise while I work out, which can get annoying.
But overall I do like the options of pushup positions I get, so I'm content with it.

I have been using for about 3-weeks amd can definitely feel improvement from when I first started. Have gone from barely able to do 10 of each push-up style to 15 each and working towards 20.
One thing I think this is lacking is a more detailed instruction manual. It comes with a sheet showing where to place handles for each exercise but not a picture of your hand and body position for each exercise.
A companion app that would track your progress would be nice as well.
