In 2023 I discovered Design Comfort Incontinence panties. I may have gone overboard but I have happily purchased 76 pair since. I now have 33 I am using. The rest wore out because I washed in hot water and dried in dryer, or stretched out. They are very comfortable, fit nicely and do not leak. I even use a pad in the panty for extra protection. I normally take an XL but based on the size chart, I would take a 3X in this underwear. Unfortunatly they run small. I should have ordered the 4x. I can wear these altho they are snug in the keg and don't come to my waist however it's so freeing not to be wearing paper incontinence underwear. I'm ordering more, just larger.
