I have been wearing these panties for a long time and will continue to buy them as I need them!!! They are so awesome and comfortable!!! They provide exactly the service they were created for!!! Love them!!!

I have ordered many pairs of the leak proof panties and I love them. I’ve recommended them to my friends. They are very comfortable and I have been protected from an embarrassment a couple of times because they trap the urine before it gets to my outter clothes. I carry an extra pair in a zipper plastic bag in my purse but I’ve never had to use it. I will be ordering more in the near future. A pleased Customer, Susan

I love knowing I have the protection even if I don't always need it! These run very small to size. Just order 2 sizes larger. They are very comfortable to wear. I wish they made these in White!

I really love these panties! They really work! That's what sold me. But I do have one complaint. I ordered 2 extra absorbent panties and the large was too small.....not the same as the 9 briefs I ordered. That was disappointing! And I don't like the idea that you don't accept one of the pairs because I wore them only one time.

I love how thin and discrete these underwear are to wear. The silky fabric easily allows me to pull denim pants on over them without the two gripping each other.

Didn't send a review earlier, because I wanted to test the product. Have more confidence when out and about and I found the panties work well and I sleep much better without a bulky pad at night!! Thank you, Pat

They feel way better than disposable pads. I like the length. They do a great job of catching 'accidents'. I had pelvic radiation leaving me with a pea size bladder that sucked at holding it. Slow but sure things are improving and am so grateful for a comfy reliable option. They clean up super well and remain soft and comfy. The only drawback is that they slide back and forth especially at night so have to check to make sure it's where it belongs from time to time.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for a gift for my mother. When i called the support person to re order they told me to keep the xs panties and donate them. My mother said her friend who is a school nurse could use them for when the young girls got their period and where not fully prepared. I thought that was so kind and a thoughtful idea. Thanks DeSign Comfort for allowing us to donate them.

The design, colours and the fit are lovely. After experiencing leakage it's difficult to trust so I continue to use pads. Just in case. Before I was just using pads and at times two pads, there were times when I would experience pad leakage where I would have to change clothes but since using the design comfort high waisted panties I haven't had that problem. I also have very sensitive skin and the materials used in these panties doesn't irritate my skin which is also a plus.

As far as the protection the panties provide and the fit and feel, I give it 5 stars ⭐️ My only suggestion would be to change the choice of color in the 6 pack. There really isn’t a time that I would choose to wear HOT PINK underwear. They show through most of my clothes. Judie Riley

I bought these as a gift for my mother for Christmas. She loves them and is thankful to be able to keep active. Best of all the comfort knowing her new panties do help when rushing to the bathroom.

I was afraid to go out of the house or wear slacks. At 71 and having MS, my control of bladder function was really changing who I was. Then I ordered 3 pairs of these panties as well as another manufacturers panties. Your panties won by a mile! I still wear an adult diaper, however I feel totally confident because your panties have proven they can handle any leakage. I ordered another 6 pairs and I am no longer afraid! Thank You

These are truly a lifesaver when you have mild stress urinary incontinence. I no longer have to worry about the embarrassment of having an accident. They are also comfortable and breathable. And they even absorb sweat from a workout! It’s a little annoying that they can’t be dried in the dryer, but I don’t want to risk ruining the absorbent layer.

I have been using Design Comfort for a while now and the fact that I ordered more speaks for itself. I had tried another brand of panties and did not find them anywhere near as comfortable for my body. Design Comfort has met my need, in all respects. Even the pair that got into the dryer by accident is still serving me well!

These underwear are the perfect solution for minor incontinence issues and they are the only underwear I will wear as an active 62 year old. They look great, are not bulky and do the job of concealing any minor leakage.

Have received my order of 4plus 4 Free. Really love how they fit and to hand wash them is no problem. I think maybe they will last longer that way. I feel so much more confident with my panties. Can’t wait to receive the pad that I ordered last week.

Love these. I ordered XXL and got 4XL, but they fit perfectly and were absorbant enough for my needs. I've ordered 6 more pairs and am waiting for them to come.

I like them. I didn’t know what to expect when I first put my order In. But they work wonderful for me so I had to go ahead and get some more.

These are lifesavers. I have little leaks when I cough or sneeze. Sometimes the leaks aren't so little. These look and feel like regular panties and provide great protection. Exactly as described. There is absolutely no wetness on the outside of the panties. I'm a little over 5'6, 215lbs with most of my weight in my midsection. The 2x fits perfectly. I highly recommend.

I am beyond thrilled with these panties! I have been incontinent due to MS and had stopped wearing slacks because even with a diaper I would still leak. Now with the addition of these panties I am back to wearing slacks! I feel confident again! Best find ever!

This underwear fits snug with minimal elasticity so suggest size up if on the cusp. They're really comfortable with fantastic coverage. The fabric is soft, super absorbent. Wear with confidence. Customer service from the team at Design Comfort is exceptional. I highly recommend.

They really work. And the best thing of all I cannot smell my crotch. The only thing is I’m 5‘4“ tall I weigh 192 pounds. I bought a 3X I just wish they were just a smidge bigger or a little bit higher in the waist so I turned around and bought 8 pairs of 4X, those are a little too big. 3x is better for me just wish the waist was a little bit higher. I thought maybe the Underwear might shrink a little when washed but there is no shrinkage at all

They are amazing, I don't have to worry about leaks anymore. Very comfortable. I bought some for my mother and cousin and they are happy with them. I will be ordering more soon.

Great company to deal with as far as customer service. WE tried the sample and liked them all though one size to large. place an order for pack we thought one size smaller but received ones to small. Company replace the order with proper size 9no questions asked) and I really like them. They certainly make the days a lot less dramatic and control liquid as advertised. are comfortable to wear and are un-noticealbe when wearing Would really recommend purchasing this product

They do save my clothes even with a major leak. I wonder how they will do in summer as I do sweat under the protective layer. I do like the way my clothes glide Ofer them.

These panties are comfortable and not bulky at all. They do catch and stop small leaks. I'm very happy with the way they work. Initially I thought they would be too thin to help but they do work like they say they do.

I have ordered these panties several times. The fit is very comfortable, and they are breathable. I love the confidence they give me knowing I won't be embarrassed by leak throughs. I have tried other brands but none have been as good as Design Comfort. They may cost a little more but they are worth it. I highly recommend this brand!

I have a greater sense of security when using the leak Proof Reusable Pad with Leak Proof Panties. The fact that these pads are compact and washable is great especially when travelling.

Helps me a lot with my leaky bladder and the urgency that comes with it. Not having to worry about accidents in my car or at home on my furniture has been a Blessing. In my second order I did have to order a size larger just for more comfort. Also like the feel of the panties. Does not feel bulky at all.
