I have given 5 stars because I believe in the product but it's still not exactly what I need, which is a new definition of "heavy flow". Not sure if that term applies to menstrual or urine but, at 72 and with maybe 65% bladder control, I need HEAVY protection. Even so, I simply use more pads and end up saving a few of the disposable pads from the landfill. Please consider developing another pad that addresses lack of urinary control more seriously. :)

These work very well for me (age 74), but I really wish you made a 16” plus size pad that would work for my mom (age 93). She needs a daytime pad with large urine capacity for gushes as she stands. We would love to completely eliminate 1 time use pads for the sake of the planet.

I normally take an XL but based on the size chart, I would take a 3X in this underwear. Unfortunatly they run small. I should have ordered the 4x. I can wear these altho they are snug in the keg and don't come to my waist however it's so freeing not to be wearing paper incontinence underwear. I'm ordering more, just larger.
