The Design Comfort underwear are the only underwear I wear. I wash them on delicate in the washing machine and I hang them to dry. They feel like normal underwear. They are very comfortable. Love these! No more bladder leaks on my clothes. Win win. I still wear a pad with them only because my own issues, but no more leaks over the pad to my clothes when I just can't get to the bathroom fast enough. Road trips with long times between bathroom stops. No smell so far and only hear very slight swish before adding pants. Going to order more!

I love these leak proof underwear. They are comfortable like wearing underwear without the worry of leaking through. Freedom once again. When ordering make sure to order according to their sidings not your other underwear sizing. I would normally take an xl but with these I take a 3x, they do not stretch like the other ones do. Shipped quickly, received order in 3wks but that was because it was Christmas time.

First shipment was a bit too small. When I contacted customer support they said if I paid shipping they’d send me out a new pkg next size up at no additional charge. I got the new ones and they fit just right. Absorbency is decent amount but you must change twice in a 24 hr period.

They are able to wick away the wetness and hold a large amount of fluid. Better waist band than the product before sturdier. The high waist is not very high, did not even reach the top of my hip bones.

As a woman of a certain age, things do start to go south physically.
