The Design Comfort underwear are the only underwear I wear. I wash them on delicate in the washing machine and I hang them to dry. They feel like normal underwear. They are very comfortable. I am so happy that this product exists! I love how easy it is to change and doesn’t require you to undress. I like how it has full protection and lasts for multiple hours without worrying about leaks. I would highly recommend!

They're definitely much more comfortable than having to wear a pads. I've been dealing with cancer treatment for a while now and as I go through these different treatments it's causing me to have crazy discharge and these have been very helpful because some of the pads have been very rough and uncomfortable on things after radiation treatment. I have been buying Design Comfort since 2020 when Incontinence arrived! I tried other brands but was not satisfied. When I found Design Comfort on line I bought a bundle, the best thing I ever did. They fit and are so comfortable. They work exceeding well, I have NEVER had a leak thru in 4 1/2 years. I kinda went crazy and now have 18 pair. I wish you had ivory and white. These are the only panties I wear. I can depend on them not to leak when I get caught with an emergency uncontrollable leak. Holds a surprisingly amount and doesn’t go through to your clothes. I recommend this product.

These underwear are the solution I was looking for. No more need for irritating chemically-laden incontinence pads. There was a size difference in some of these garments although they were the same size. This was the only issue I had with these underwear. I’ll be purchasing more.

Love these! No more bladder leaks on my clothes. Win win. I still wear a pad with them only because my own issues, but no more leaks over the pad to my clothes when I just can't get to the bathroom fast enough. Road trips with long times between bathroom stops. No smell so far and only hear very slight swish before adding pants. Going to order more!

I love these leak proof underwear. They are comfortable like wearing underwear without the worry of leaking through. Freedom once again. When ordering make sure to order according to their sidings not your other underwear sizing. I would normally take an xl but with these I take a 3x, they do not stretch like the other ones do. Shipped quickly, received order in 3wks but that was because it was Christmas time.

The pants are amazing. I love the colours and the fit especially as I am somewhat large! I can have up to 3 accidents a day and instead of being embarrassed I can cope especially as I no longer have to change my jeans every time. I just need to carry spare pants in my handbag. Brilliant.

First shipment was a bit too small. When I contacted customer support they said if I paid shipping they’d send me out a new pkg next size up at no additional charge. I got the new ones and they fit just right. Absorbency is decent amount but you must change twice in a 24 hr period.

They are able to wick away the wetness and hold a large amount of fluid. Better waist band than the product before sturdier. The high waist is not very high, did not even reach the top of my hip bones.

As a woman of a certain age, things do start to go south physically. I refused to wear the "disposables" they gave me in rehab after my broken leg... 1. uncomfortable 2. noisy 3. filling up landfills!
