This is my new default hoodie. The inside is super soft and warm, and I love the message. I really enjoy wearing it at school and using it to talk to people about how they’re feeling. It’s a high stress environment and sometimes people need a way to put words to their feelings.

I have really been enjoying this planner. I’ve always been someone who finds it hard to stick to a routine, but with all the ideas and options for when to practice self care has made it much easier. It’s perfect for meeting people where they are. This bundle really is for everyone! Ive even been using it with the kiddos for emotion management.

This tool for capturing the motivation and energy to work towards your dreams is visually appealing but not graphically overwhelming, it’s cute, simple, and fun. The material is very interactive and is customer centered in the sense that it really creates a lot of space for the person manifesting to think about important details of the how and why of what they want to manifest. Best of all, as a neurodivergent individual, it’s short and sweet. This booklet is concise and not overwhelming.

I love this! I can keep it digital or print it. I can do this as many times as needed! I love the different activities to help me see who I truly am. It helps me see that I am of worth. There’s lots of activities and thinking involved to help me understand where I need to improve! It’s an amazing tool!

I love this planner. It’s aesthetically pleasing, colorful, and it’s interactive. It’s short and sweet and exactly to the point of what a neurodivergent person needs to really get down to the business of taking care of themselves without feeling overwhelmed.

Love the sweatshirt. Awesome red. It’s maybe a tad smaller than other Medium sweatshirts I own. But I wear it with pride, and I like the message on the sleeve where it’s easy to see.

I have a background in counseling and mental health, so I am quite picky with the resources that I choose for myself and to share with others. The bundle is wonderful! It has so many resources for building, emotional awareness and vocabulary, different types of self-care, building a self-care routine/plan, and lots of coloring pages, which is so much fun.

I really enjoyed the simplicity of how using this coloring journal has helped me. I love the illustrations and I really enjoy the wheel of feelings to help me identify what it is I’m feeling and the pages that followed to help me process it. I like the fact that I can print out multiple copies to process different things. I highly recommend this product because it is so easy to use and I feel like it’s a great product for me to use on my own and even with my children to help them.

I work in mental health and wear these crewnecks everyday! In the notes of the mystery product, I added which sweatshirts I already have. They have yet to send a repeat, which is so perfect! I still got surprised without being disappointed by a duplicate. I now have 4 unique crewnecks that I rotate between for work! The quality is great and the designs are adorable.

I am absolutely 💕 IN LOVE 💕 with these hoodies! They have a soft inner lining that is perfect alone or for layering on extra cold days. They're true to size but still provide breathing and eating room. The colors are vibrant and the messages are meaningful. I wear one almost every single day. 100% recommend to anyone!

This was my gift to myself for going one month self harm free! I love journals and have an obsession with collecting them. I'm using this Manifestation guidebook inside my iPad and it's quite robust. I like how each page builds on the last and everything is connected to make a congruent life plan. The designs are also super cute to boot. I really love this product as it is a great way to acknowledge your feels with our feeling overwhelmed. You can take it a page at a time and really center yourself. I believe this would be great for new moms or dads dealing with a lot of complex emotions in the first couple months.

I was so excited to try it on and make sure it fit. Definitely true to size, as other hoodie reviews state on your site. Cozy but not too baggy. Just right. And the reminder on the sleeve made me cry because I needed so desperately to hear it from someone. So now I have a visual cue to gift those words to myself, as needed. I also lay the hoodie out on my bed on a VERY rough night and read the reasons. My cat sprawled on it, making herself a reason, too.

I really liked how there was more than just one basic thing on it like just the coloring pages. I liked how there was a bunch of different activities you could do and I really like the schedule thing where you could write out your schedule for the week.

My son picked this out and he opened it on his 14th birthday. Out of all of the clothes he got as a gift (growing boy pretty much a whole new wardrobe) he chose this shirt to wear to school. Everyone asked- “Did your mom make you wear that?” He just smiled sharing he picked it out. He is a kid who likes to blend in but this shirt drew some attention and he welcomed it. He really likes the feeling of the print that it is “not too hard”.
