I don't think it helped me like it was intended to. I do understand that everyone's body is different but I don't think it helped me so much. I had bicep distal bicep surgery due to a complete tear and still dealing with the pain. Since the surgery I have finished the peptides and still the same. Maybe the injection would be better not sure or maybe I didn't take the peptides long enough not sure.

The product works extremely well to ease digestive issues: I experienced less bloating and constipation. The one star comes from the customer service. I emailed customer service twice because my package seemed to have been stuck in customs. I never get any reply.
