It’s not an easy call on this product for my situation. I had a fractured calcaneus and the healing of all the damage from that has been long. It’s been 4 months and I’m still dealing with ankle and foot swelling. I’m improving daily so perhaps this product has helped with the whole package.

I had high hopes for this product after reading so many good reviews. I tried one month to see if I had any improvement whatsoever in GI issues and unfortunately, I saw absolutely zero change. For the price point of this product, I may give it another month to see if it does something worthwhile for me but that's also hard to justify considering the cost.
