I have had stomach issues for over 6 months, it had been a horrible and daunting experience including surgery and specialists and in the end they tell me there is nothing I can do, I just have to learn to live with it. After 2 months of using this I can eat things again without my stomach being upset or worrying what might be in this or that. So very thankful! Definitely will buy again in the future if needed, and definitely will try the other supplements after seeing how well these work.

You just feel better over all. Especially if you train hard your recovery is better on this. As a coach I've shred this with my clients and I keep it on the shelf! This is the best tudca I have found for my problems. I have one a day on an empty stomach in the morning and it makes me feel more clear in the head, also helps me with IBS-C to keep things moving along. In the beginning I started taking it for gallbladder pain, if I do get any I take this 500mg tudca and it helps A LOT with resolving it.
