This is the best tudca I have found for my problems. I have one a day on an empty stomach in the morning and it makes me feel more clear in the head, also helps me with IBS-C to keep things moving along. In the beginning I started taking it for gallbladder pain, if I do get any I take this 500mg tudca and it helps A LOT with resolving it. I don't do so well with taurine and I'm glad they sell this one without it. The capsules aren't too big so are easy for me to swallow. I lost my sense of smell...
