I started taking this after the GI repair. So I am not sure what did what. I will say I feel better overall. The ache in my left knee is better. My stomach issues are gone. The toenail fungus I had for 14 years finally is looking better. My skin looks slightly better. I only took a months worth and I believe I would need to take more to see a bigger difference in my skin, nails and hair.

My body has a tendency toward candida infection due to a genetic mutation that reduces my body’s ability to produce certain strains of “good” bacteria naturally.
