This is the best tudca I have found for my problems. I have one a day on an empty stomach in the morning and it makes me feel more clear in the head, also helps me with IBS-C to keep things moving along. In the beginning I started taking it for gallbladder pain, if I do get any I take this 500mg tudca and it helps A LOT with resolving it. I don't do so well with taurine and I'm glad they sell this one without it. The capsules aren't too big so are easy for me to swallow. I lost my sense of smell...

I bought this product hoping it would help in the management of candida. My body has a tendency toward candida infection due to a genetic mutation that reduces my body’s ability to produce certain strains of “good” bacteria naturally. After taking one bottle over the course of a few weeks, I haven’t experienced any issues with candida. It’s working! I’ve got another bottle on standby for when/ if I need it again.

I’ve taken my first 6 week cycle of this and it’s helped me pinched nerve in my neck; chronic knee pain; and brought my plantar fasciitis from a 5 to a 2. I started taking this after the GI repair. So I am not sure what did what. I will say I feel better overall. The ache in my left knee is better. My stomach issues are gone. The toenail fungus I had for 14 years finally is looking better. My skin looks slightly better. I only took a months worth and I believe I would need to take more to see a bigger difference in my skin, nails and hair.
