The cap doesn't have a good grip to help with opening it and closing it. My previous water bottle had some ridges on the cap that made it easier. My hand often slips a bit and it takes me way longer. I was even considering scratching the cap or something to create a better grip. Sorry, but I was disappointed, since your advertisement stated that the Saratoga included the best of the two other models.

I accidentally broke the handle and this replace the original lid. Fits perfectly. I only wish that manna would provide color options instead of black lids.

The design of the lid is extremely flawed. If you drink out of it and wash it a couple times all of the nasty stuff gets stuck in the lid. This is a health hazard because mildew can form. For this particular design of insulated mug, you should be able to somehow take the lid apart to properly be able to clean it or completely redesign the lid. Really gross...... nobody wants to get sick.

Ordering was easy and fast and price was reasonable. Only issue was the item didn't have lid when I bought it and I hadn't realized it until I went to use it. Bought this for camping. Looks better in person, if that’s possible. Wine glasses in a RV don’t usually last long and these wine tumblers should work great.

I was so excited to get these two tumblers last summer (2024) as I could do both hot or cold beverages in them and they fit in my cup holders. I used the green one everyday and my husband used the blue one once a week or so. For keeping my drinks hot or cold, the tumblers are great. BUT. Even though I only hand wash them and don’t use a scratchy scrubber, within a couple months the color started peeling off the rim. I buy these all the time. I am a collector and I like to gift them as well. I’m not a fan of the presentation of my last order! It usually comes packaged in Manna packaging with at least one extra lid but this time they were simply placed in a plain box and balled up shipping paper.
