Order Replacement Lid for 24 oz Flight Bottle thinking I would get the gasket that I needed. The lid did not have the gasket. BUT the first replacement lid I bought over a year ago did come with one. That gasket makes a difference of if it leaking while drinking out of it, If it doesn't come with the gasket, there should be an option to buy it separately. Overall - LOVE the product! This is my second Manna water bottle and I love everything about it except for the lid. It's very smooth so can be difficult to open at times. If it had some sort of texture for easier opening, I would say the bottle is perfect.

Great size, great insulation, great color. But the effort needed to unscrew the cap and sip is really annoying. I feel like I'm turning and turning far too long before it opens. Also, the cap is smooth plastic doesn't have any grip material so going through the turn turn turn process with any sunblock or bug spray is even more annoying. These replacement tops for the Convoy must have been re-engineered from the original because they fit better and seal better. I just wish that level of fit and finish would have occurred on the original tops so I wouldn't have to purchase these replacements.

I truly love these, I would have given 5 stars but these didn’t come with the rubber cover that I previously received on an older model. I wish they would have at the very least gave it as an optional upgrade. Now when I put the bottle on a hard surface it is loud and creates dings in the product.

This is the fourth Saratoga water bottle I’ve purchased. I like the wide drinking spout and that the handle is attached. It fits nicely in the cup holder and is a good size to carry around. But, on this water bottle the top doesn’t screw on smoothly nor does the cap over the spout close easily. I have to wrestle with it a bit. I’m hoping in time it will get easier.

I received this replacement lid in addition to one other. This lid fits my cup with a nice clean seal, however, it was sent to replace a dark maroon colored lid that broke and the new shiny silver lid doesn’t match and sticks out like a sore thumb. It serves its purpose though. I do however really love the straw Smart seal feature. That was an upgrade. Just wish it matched the rest of the beautiful cup.
