I have ordered from you many times with no problems. This time the shipping was EXTREMELY slow. Items which were ordered for gifts arrived too late. I wrote to customer service twice to find out when items would be delivered and received no response. Very disappointed with customer service. This was more than a $100 order so I expected better customer service. Not sure I will order again.

I bought this water bottle for my husband who works in construction and with it being hot it seemed like a perfect fit. Well he had it one day and it fell over and the lid broke. The body of the water bottle is very strong and sturdy, the cap is like a cheap plastic it broke instantly! I ordered a replacement that was $10, think that price is very high considering how it’s made, and shipping was another $10 with 3-7 days. But I didn’t receive the item for well over that time frame. Well the Gasket Replacement Rings were made just a Bit to small for the Cap of the bottle they were bought for. They fit inside the cap to loose, they seal the liquid from spilling out but each time I have to open it the Gasket falls out of the cap. This is Disappointing 😞 because this is the 2nd time I've bought from this company. The 1st time I was pleased with my replacement Cap but this time very disappointing.

This replacement lid fits my cup with a nice clean seal, however, it was sent to replace a dark maroon colored lid that broke and the new shiny silver lid doesn’t match and sticks out like a sore thumb. It serves its purpose though. Just isn’t pretty to look at.
