I truly love these, I would have given 5 stars but these didn’t come with the rubber cover that I previously received on an older model. I wish they would have at the very least gave it as an optional upgrade. Now when I put the bottle on a hard surface it is loud and creates dings in the product.

This is the fourth Saratoga water bottle I’ve purchased. I like the wide drinking spout and that the handle is attached. It fits nicely in the cup holder and is a good size to carry around. But, on this water bottle the top doesn’t screw on smoothly nor does the cap over the spout close easily. I have to wrestle with it a bit. I’m hoping in time it will get easier.

These replacement tops for the Convoy must have been re-engineered from the original because they fit better and seal better. I just wish that level of fit and finish would have occurred on the original tops so I wouldn't have to purchase these replacements.

I received this replacement lid in addition to one other. This lid fits my cup with a nice clean seal, however, it was sent to replace a dark maroon colored lid that broke and the new shiny silver lid doesn’t match and sticks out like a sore thumb. It serves its purpose though. I do however really love the straw Smart seal feature. That was an upgrade. Just wish it matched the rest of the beautiful cup.

It is large enough that I only have to fill it once during the day which is great! The top opening is big enough that I'm able to fit my hand and to be able to clean it the handle is sturdy that you're up to lift it up fully filled with water and it doesn't feel like it's going to break. Been a very satisfied customer for several years. Tried the new model recently. Overall, somewhat disappointed with the new model. Doesn’t keep cold near as long. With new lid, liquid doesn’t “pour out” any longer. Instead it must be sucked out. Difficult for disabled users like myself. Still like the size.

The lid cracked and then broke after the 3rd use. It wasn’t overly tightened or anything. Also the lids leak and are not well made at all. I like the cup overall but their lids need huge an improvement.

Shipped quickly, fit the TAL Ranger Pro bottle I wanted a straw lid for. 4 stars because it doesn’t come with a straw so if you’re trying to replace a no straw lid with this one you still have to borrow a straw from another bottle if you have one.

The pro is they are lighter weight but the con may be it does not hold as much fluid as the old ones. Still handy but iss the metal ones.

Manna stands behind their products! The bottle also works fantastic at insulating liquids either hot or cold. The only thing I would change would be to have the threads for the lid be directly attached to the metal portion of the bottle instead of the plastic cap attached to the top of the bottle. When you carry this much water around, people know your ultra cool!

A number of years ago I bought this "water bottle". I loved that it was a quick flip and drink. No straw, no sliding It keeps my drink cold at the gym, it has a small handle and it is the right size. I have tried numerous bottles and none compared, so I ordered another one. I love it just like my old one. Use them both all the time.

I love the bottle. Perfect for my needs as I work in an aluminum casting facility and don't always have time to refill my usual 65 oz bottle. So 101 oz is a great upgrade. Only reason for 4 stars is that in (I assume) transit, the screw top piece was broken off and the mouth piece was cracked. I can still screw the small cap shut, but the cracks in the mouth piece cause water to leak out still when I tip the bottle. Hopefully will recieve a free replacement as one is $9 and shipping is $10
