It was easy - I really would have preferred a different color since my bottle is pink with a now black lid but I really don't mind. My guess is you have changed the lid style for the very reason I needed a replacement ;-)

Disappointing customer experience. The return policy was presented in a way that led me to believe returns would be more customer-friendly than they actually are. Only after initiating a return did I learn that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a manufacturing defect is verified. While the company may point to the policy terms, I found the overall presentation misleading and lacking transparency. As a result, I am returning both items and paying the return shipping fee
