Disappointing customer experience.
The return policy was presented in a way that led me to believe returns would be more customer-friendly than they actually are. Only after initiating a return did I learn that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
While the company may point to the policy terms, I found the overall presentation misleading and lacking transparency. As a result, I am returning both items and paying the return shipping fee
