Ordering was easy, and the lid arrived promptly. It’s a replacement for a lid I broke when I dropped my thermos mug. It doesn’t fit quite as tightly as the one it replaces so if I don’t screw it on really tightly it can leak a little bit. Satisfied with product however.

Excellent cold retention. I have a smaller Manna bottle that I have had for years and it's pretty beat up... but it still holds temperature. However, I thought it was time to replace it and I liked the Manna performance. Unfortunately, you no longer carry the size I had and the new one works great but I wish it was smaller. It barely fits in my cupboard, and is a little less convenient to carry around. It does have remarkable insulation, though. Performs great.

The product itself is a solid 4. The only complaint with the bottle is it leaks from the pour top if water gets caught in the threads. The company itself is a 3. I ordered 2 of the same bottle from their website. I guess they ran out of inventory while packaging my order so they mailed one, said the order was complete and sent a kids bottle as the "replacement", something without contacting me and without sending an email. Anyway, this tumbler is great for keeping beverages hot or cold for long periods of time. So the actual tumbler is fantastic for its main purpose just like my other Manna products (I have several I have used for years.)

Bottle arrived with a broken cap, but upon emailing photos they had a new one in the mail within 24 hours, so I was pleasantly surprised. I will say, the thing is the size of a 155mm howitzer round so, you're not fitting it in your cupholder lol.

This bottle doesn't quite measure up to their previous generation of bottles. The smaller drinking spout cap is much harder to screw on and off than before because of the off center and angled placement of the spout. Also, the stainless steel doesn't seem to insulate as well as the colored bottles I had last time. Maybe the enamel/paint helps that much?
