Hi Manna Hydratation,
My name is Florencia Nogales. I bought one of your 32oz bottles in March from the Metro 10 store in Auckland. I was pretty impressed with it at first glance and thought it was good quality, so I was happy to give it a try.
However, I've noticed that the top of the straw is starting to get really dirty, and it looks like it's stuck in the rubber part so I can't even take it out to clean it properly (I've attached a photo so you can see what I mean). And all I've been using ...

Ordering was easy, and the lid arrived promptly. It’s a replacement for a lid I broke when I dropped my thermos mug. It doesn’t fit quite as tightly as the one it replaces so if I don’t screw it on really tightly it can leak a little bit. Satisfied with product however.

Excellent cold retention. I have a smaller Manna bottle that I have had for years and it's pretty beat up... but it still holds temperature. However, I thought it was time to replace it and I liked the Manna performance. Unfortunately, you no longer carry the size I had and the new one works great but I wish it was smaller. It barely fits in my cupboard, and is a little less convenient to carry around. It does have remarkable insulation, though. Performs great.
