I love the new texture of the Manna cup but not happy with the way it keeps my ice and drink. My other 6 cups keep ice all day long with no problem while I am at work. Insuring my drink is cold and fresh. The new textured cup only keep my ice from melting about 3 hours.....I have never had a Manna I was not happy with until now. I do not use this new one anymore......,maybe it is just defective.

Your sleek design cup 9 oz the top is not spill proof . but it says it on the label that is false advertisement . but I do love the cup . You might want to change the label on your sleek design cups .

First order of this replacement top (set of four of them…) was not provided by Manna to the shipping agent - the replacement order is showing the same lack of action by Manna… label printed, no record of the shipping agent receiving a package, and the delivery date (was due today) was just pushed out another 8 days. I’ve been needing the replacement top since I ordered it over 3 MONTHS ago. Not cool. Not refreshing.

Absolutely love this!!! I'm not into pink but I decided to keep this for Myself because of it being a tumbler that also keeps drinks cold or hot longer and it is a Valentine's Day event tumbler. I filled it with ice and water and consistently drank from through the night and when the morning came, there was still a lot of ice left and I had cold water to enjoy. I love how spill proof it is. The straw isn't the easiest to clean with any straw brush, so has to be rinsed as soon as possible, but other than that, no problems whatsoever with this cup. I love it.

Not sturdy at all. Can’t withstand normal wear and tear. I bought two of these and i find it to be a waste. The coffee doesn’t stay warm long and the tops of both cracked. The black tab snapped after a few uses. Don’t recommend.
