This has been the WORST experience with Manna. This is the 3rd shipment for the same cups. First arrived broken, 2nd I received label with no box. This shipment should be for 2 x 24 packs. I see 1 x 24 pack of cups and a sleeve of 12!!!! Ordering and shipping cups should not be this difficult. Cups were for a craft boutique that starts Tuesday!!! I ordered mid October and am still not getting what I paid for!

It is massive. I wanted a water bottle that would hold a lot, and keep it chilled awhile. For my needs this is probably a bit much, but I use it at work (waiting tables) and it stays prominently visible to any guest in the bar area. I DO NOT take this thing back n forth with me, nope nope...it stays in the same place all the time unless I'm going to be out of town or something. The ONLY NEGATIVE as mentioned by another is the cleaning brush is criminally too short to even be remotely useful....
