The product itself is a solid 4. The only complaint with the bottle is it leaks from the pour top if water gets caught in the threads. The company itself is a 3. I ordered 2 of the same bottle from their website. I guess they ran out of inventory while packaging my order so they mailed one, said the order was complete and sent a kids bottle as the "replacement", something without contacting me and without sending an email. I had to track down the company to figure out where the rest of my order ...

Anyway, this tumbler is great for keeping beverages hot or cold for long periods of time. So the actual tumbler is fantastic for its main purpose just like my other Manna products (I have several I have used for years.)
