Love, love, love these. Ice stays frozen for well over 24 hours even when adding warm beverages to the ice. I ordered 2 and 1 of them had a defect, emailed the company and received a replacement in no time!! Would highly recommend!

Love my silver glitter chilly tumbler! Have owned several over the years. Previously had the pink glitter and the purple glitter which both lasted me a few years each. Manna tumblers always keep my drinks cold and ice lasts longer than most cups out there. It will be a sad day for me if they stop making glitter chilly tumblers!

Even on a hot day it still keeps my water nice and cold. When I add a whole tray of ice cubes it takes the ice hours to fully melt. It’s also super durable. The only thing I don’t like is the handle I wish it was more wider but everything else is a 10 in my books.

I called Manna in reference to O ring sealants that I purchased for my Manna titan series water bottle. There was a small issue with the size of the O-ring sealant that they sent so instead of sending a different set, that would accommodate the water jug they sent the actual lid (without charging me) just to make sure. The bottle I received was great… the rest of the experience was subpar. My order said that I would be receiving a free bottle with my order. I never received the free bottle. I contacted customer service… automated and unhelpful… suggested I wait and see if the other bottle will arrive separately. It did not. I tried to contact customer service again and never got a reply. I will probably not order directly from Manna again.

The replacement lid fit perfectly and no leaks! Shipping was pretty quick too! The only change I would make if I could would be for the opening to be a little smaller or have some type of strainer to catch ice. My husband works outdoors so the water bottle is especially great in the summer, but the ice just comes right out with every drink so that’s a little bit of an annoyance.

Having a large capacity bottle like this makes it easier to stay hydrated. If I have to keep refilling a bottle I will just forget. I've had two Manna flight water bottles for a few years. One lid began to leak; I dropped the other on the handle and the handle broke.
So happy to have been able to order these replacements; they'd previously been out of stock. Now I have begun using my favorite water bottle and top again.
This is so easy to open one-handed while driving, The carry portion of the handle makes it simple to transport - sometimes while hands are full of packages!

The Saratoga is awesome. I love it keeps my water or other beverages. Cool all day. But customer service pretty much sucks. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for over eight months emailed multiple times. There is no phone number to call them. My lid broke and their website does not show any Saratoga lids, I used a lid from one of my other bottles that worked, but it eventually broke as well. Need replacement lids.

This thing is massive! It’s works! No leaks! Comes with replacement caps. Wish they had more colors. Pay attention when they are assembled the manna logo is on the same side as the handle. Thinking it should be on the opposite side of the handle: other than that works like a charm.

I was looking for a tall skinny tumbler to fit a venti latte but had a slide lid instead of a flip or screw top and this fit the bill to a T!
