The original lid was relatively tight. Having to replace it after it broke from a fall, I worried that a “perfect” fit replacement was unlikely to be found. Then I saw an advertisement for this replacement lid! It is perfect and better than the original!

I purchased two 18oz Callie Tumblers to hold cold items in the fridge overnight. Since they have wide openings, seal very well and open/close easily, the Callie tumblers are a perfect fit for my needs. One final comment. I bought a lavender (more of a pink hue) and agate (lt blue-green).

So you guys screwed this up at every step. Replacement seals weren't available for many months. Then you email me they are available in June of 2023, I order them while on vacation in WV. You take my money, including the ridiculously high shipping, and they don't arrive in one week or two or four. So I email you, three times, and request you not send them to my temporary address, but you do anyway. I have to pay the rental company where I was staying to forward the seals to my home address...

The gaskets work as intended. However, it took over 9 months for the product to be restocked and then about 8 weeks for the product to arrive after being notified the order was being processed. Seems restocking and order processing and shipping times could be greatly reduced for customer satisfaction.

We have 2 24-oz tumblers. The original lids are interchangeable. The threads on the new lids don’t match up with one of the tumblers (the flowered one). I hope the picture shows that the threaded seal on the new lid (on the right) is a little deeper than the one in the left. Strange because all four kids work on the blue tumbler.

I was gifted one of your Manna cups from a local church, ladies' group. I was taking Chemotherapy for Leukemia and lymphoma cancer, Non-Hodgkins. It was wonderful to have a cup that would stay so cold during the long days at the cancer center, chemo makes you very thirsty. I have used my cup every day since receiving it. I accidentally knocked it over recently, unfortunately the lid where the cover cap screws on, snapped off. I was heartbroken. I tried gluing it back together but it did not work...

I'm here to tell you that that is absolutely NOT a lie.

These kids are awesome! They even fit the Saratoga bottles. They are FAR superior in design to the lids on the Saratoga bottles. The carry handle is better, the hinge on the pour spout lid is better, and the silicone grip on the spout lid makes it much easier to twist. I will keep buying these as replacements as long as they keep making them.

It's no wonder this product from Manna has all 5 stars. I use the two I have constantly. They keep any drink cool or hot for the longest of any other container I've bought. The shape is pleasant to see and hold and they still look great - saw me through the pandemic!

This is a great little bottle, just the right size to include with an elementary school lunch box. I put milk in it, with a few ice cubes, and it stays cold all day. I like that the thicker straw doesn't tempt my daughter to chew on it, which has been an issue with some other bottles--and it would be strong enough to withstand some chewing, too. It has been dropped a couple times with no ill effects.

This thing is GREAT!!!! At keeping my water cold during 100 degree days! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because this thing is HUGE!!! It doesn’t fit anywhere conveniently! But it works ! The handles are nice and it is very durable, since I am outside digging in dirt and mud each day !
