Love my silver glitter chilly tumbler! Have owned several over the years. Previously had the pink glitter and the purple glitter which both lasted me a few years each. Manna tumblers always keep my drinks cold and ice lasts longer than most cups out there. It will be a sad day for me if they stop making glitter chilly tumblers!

I received the Box it was a little banged up opened up the package and the lid was busted I would like to get a replacement lid. I also would like to know if there is a lid with a straw that is available for purchase also.

My son's water canister fell headfirst onto a ceramic tiled floor and the drinking spout snapped clean off. We ordered a replacement lid that same day and it showed up in 2 days, it fits perfectly, and he is back in action again. The replacement lid fit perfectly and no leaks! Shipping was pretty quick too! The only change I would make if I could would be for the opening to be a little smaller or have some type of strainer to catch ice. My husband works outdoors so the water bottle is especially great in the summer, but the ice just comes right out with every drink so that’s a little bit of an annoyance.

I am so happy Manna makes replacement lids! I have a beautiful water bottle that is discontinued, and I damaged the original lid. I didn't realize Manna had these replacements and was so happy to find it. It fits perfectly, doesn't leak, and is great!

Having a large capacity bottle like this makes it easier to stay hydrated. If I have to keep refilling a bottle I will just forget. Love the look, the handle makes it is comfortable to carry, and it keeps my drinks cold forever--another thing that makes me less likely to drink something, if it gets luke warm. Love it!

I've had two Manna flight water bottles for a few years. One lid began to leak; I dropped the other on the handle and the handle broke. So happy to have been able to order these replacements; they'd previously been out of stock. Now I have begun using my favorite water bottle and top again. This is so easy to open one-handed while driving, The carry portion of the handle makes it simple to transport - sometimes while hands are full of packages!

I called Manna in reference to O ring sealants that I purchased for my Manna titan series water bottle. There was a small issue with the size of the O-ring sealant that they sent so instead of sending a different set, that would accommodate the water jug they sent the actual lid (without charging me) just to make sure. This was a great customer satisfaction move on their part – which sets them apart from the other drinking receptacle companies in that industry. And by the way, not just the lid, ...

So glad I found the replacement lids. Titan bottle is good size and sturdy but the lid broke rolling around in the bed of the truck. So happy to get my replacement and be able to use my bottle again.

The bottle I received was great… the rest of the experience was subpar. My order said that I would be receiving a free bottle with my order. I never received the free bottle. I contacted customer service… automated and unhelpful… suggested I wait and see if the other bottle will arrive separately. It did not. I tried to contact customer service again and never got a reply. I will probably not order directly from Manna again.

Even on a hot day it still keeps my water nice and cold. When I add a whole tray of ice cubes it takes the ice hours to fully melt. It’s also super durable. The only thing I don’t like is the handle I wish it was more wider but everything else is a 10 in my books.

This thing is massive! It’s works! No leaks! Comes with replacement caps. Wish they had more colors. Pay attention when they are assembled the manna logo is on the same side as the handle. Thinking it should be on the opposite side of the handle: other than that works like a charm.

Fits my bottle exactly like the one that came with it. Accidentally dropped the full bottle onto the lid when it slid out of the back of our van onto the parking lot. I was bummed, but very glad to be able to get it replaced so easily.

The first set I did a bogo with my coworker and we gave color changing cups for end of the year gifts to our students. I Loved them so much I bought these for my son’s party favors. The Saratoga is awesome. I love it keeps my water or other beverages. Cool all day. But customer service pretty much sucks. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for over eight months emailed multiple times. There is no phone number to call them. My lid broke and their website does not show any Saratoga lids, I used a lid from one of my other bottles that worked, but it eventually broke as well. Need replacement lids.

The original lid was relatively tight. Having to replace it after it broke from a fall, I worried that a “perfect” fit replacement was unlikely to be found. Then I saw an advertisement for this replacement lid! It is perfect and better than the original!

I purchased two 18oz Callie Tumblers to hold cold items in the fridge overnight. Since they have wide openings, seal very well and open/close easily, the Callie tumblers are a perfect fit for my needs. One final comment. I bought a lavender (more of a pink hue) and agate (lt blue-green).
