This sauna works me just as hard as the one at the gym. It arrived a few day before Christmas. Super easy to set up. We’ve used it everyday with no issues. Their cold plunge tank is legit too. We’ve used it 3-4 times a week for the last 8 months and it’s held up great. Easy to install a recirculating pump to it.

Love it! Well worth it!!I held off writing a review as wanted to see how it would last and if actually any good. I'm very happy with it! Setup easy, fits easily in the garden and the lid works well to keep it clean. I've been easing into it with cold water, sometimes adding ice and its been helping me destress after work. Works better than expected. I use it every day. Luckily it came right when I got a bad case of pneumonia and I feel it greatly helped me not only breathe better but also recover faster. If your debating order one, just do it you will not regret it. My only complaint is that I didn't wait and order the one with the red-light technology.

Pretty easy to set up, instructions for the steamer could be a little more clear and wish it had a full off. Sees to still warm when turned off so I just unplug. I'm a large guy 6ft 400lbs and fit in easily. It gets pretty warm. My thermometer reads around 110 at the highest level but with the steam and humidity feels hotter. Loving my suana! The key is to heat it up about 8-10 minutes before you get in there. If you do that… it doesn’t take but just a few minutes after to be completely wet with sweat. Definitely worth it.

Best $350 I have ever spent.....absolutely amazing. Im 6'5 and 285 lbs and I fit fine in it. Only VERY minor downside I would say is you cant see the timer or heat temp from the inside but I just keep it at 8 or 9 on the heat level and wear my watch inside to keep track of time.
