Anything less than 15 degrees c, (59 F) will give you cold water effect. The mental clarity and energy increase is almost instantly given to your day. As for the tub itself, it appears decent. Being in Arizona it’s a life saver. I had it a few weeks now and when I had to take it down for two days I missed it so much. It’s difficult here to get it down to temperature and even more difficult to keep it at temperature but that doesn’t bother me at all. Love this. I wanted something to fill my need of a plunge tank without breaking the bank. Cold showers have always been my thing. But this has changed the game. I’ve recommended this to many friends at this point and they’ve invested. Great product. I do think the description of “air tight” is a little off. Great product for those who want to reap the benefits but not drop thousands of dollars to feel better.

This item is good for an ice bath. I am 6 ft tall and when sitting in this it covers my shoulders perfectly. Large enough to sit cross legged comfortably. I have left it filled for nearly two months now and have had no issues with distortion or leaks of any kind. For the value you cannot go past this for a soaking bath or ice bath.
