There was an issue with the tracking info that was fully out of control of Nurecover but still helped me by investigating for me and was a very quick response to my original query. The product is bigger than I expected which was pleasant as I am 6’3” so was a little cautious as you never know when purchasing online. Only had it a couple of days but first impressions are good. Easy to set up and quality feels pretty decent. Would highly recommend.

For the price, it is well worth it. Its big enough to get in to your neck and experience the cold. The lid is alright, but the tub itself is perfect for a beginner trying to figure out if cold plunge is something you want to do for the long haul. I would recommend this to a friend.

The sauna is fantastic. Was a little skeptical at first that the sauna could actually get hot and was quickly proven wrong. This thing gets HOT. The punch you in the face, drenched in sweat kind of hot. Shipping and customer service were also great. Couldn’t ask for more!
