Just started my journey of cold water baths and gotta say it’s giving results. I immediately noticed two things: quicker recovery from my daily CrossFit workouts and deeper sleep. The more I take baths the easier the initial shock of getting into colder water gets. I can easily do 8 minutes in a 6 C temp now. Been doing this few times a week.

Loving my Nurecover tub! Easy set up and switching the water out is very easy. Much less inflammation now that I get to take an ice bath after training. I’m 6’2” and I fit easily.
Glad I got the ice cube trays but finding I need to add more ice depending on the weather.

If you buy the plunge bath I highly recommend getting the bag/cover as well. Keeps it safe and secure so no dirt or bugs will get in there when you aren’t using it so you don’t have to change your water as often.
