Highly recommend this, I use this at 3am every morning before I workout and it sets my day up perfectly, I am so mentally relaxed throughout the day no matter what comes across my path, the mental clarity is CRAZY!! It takes alot of mental battles to get in water under 10 degrees Celsius but once you control your breathing and focus, you find it very peaceful 11/10

The PodCHiller is so worth it! I would use ice everyday that would cost me $5 everytime I wanted to get the water to be cold and even then it would only be cold for 10 minutes before the ice melted and the water was warm again. Now I get ice cold water every morning without fail. Worth the investment in my opinion. Works like a charm and delivered quickly too. Thanks

It works as advertised. I have used it daily now for several weeks. It is easy to use and sturdy. I am 6foot tall about 180 pounds and have no issues fitting into it up to my neck. Without a doubt improves your mood and is invigorating hours after use. I would recommend it it for anyone.

Loving my Nurecover tub! Easy set up and switching the water out is very easy. Much less inflammation now that I get to take an ice bath after training. I’m 6’2” and I fit easily. Glad I got the ice cube trays but finding I need to add more ice depending on the weather. Highly recommend this!

Have been doing the ice bath for the past three weeks. Nurecover bath is so quick to put together and easy to maintain. I was expecting low quality for the price but I am positively surprised how good it actually is. Definitely recommend it as it’s something different than cold shower…more exciting 😉

If you buy the plunge bath I highly recommend getting the bag/cover as well. Keeps it safe and secure so no dirt or bugs will get in there when you aren’t using it so you don’t have to change your water as often.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I knew I had to try. It took 3 quick tries before I did my first full 30 sec, and after the 5th try I'm up to about 2 and a half minutes in ice filled ice water and I'm working towards 5 min, but the absolute refreshing and energized feeling afterwards was amazing and at a very affordable cost. I was shocked at the energy I had and the pain I have in my left shoulder with 3 full tears is pretty much gone when I get out (no joke) Thank you

Fantastic cold plunge! Great that it was portable and super easy to set up. As a large human (6’4 350lb) it was great to be able to fully fit inside. Overfilled on the first plunge but after adjusting able to plunge fully up to the neck! Cannot beat the value for the price!

Fab tub, easy to erect and fill. Keeps water really cold. I have used Epsom salts in it to keep cleaner longer and also cover it with a bbq cover as debris gets in with just the lid provided . Overall great value for money .

This was a gift for my husband who loves to polar plunge. It took about 8-9 bags 10lb bags of ice to get the temp down to 60 degrees due to the summer heat. He ended up buying a chiller for our bathtub so he can keep it at a constant temp without having to buy ice. He still uses the Nurecover when we travel! His 6’2 body fits in it and it’s very compact when you need to pack it up.

It has helped immensely with muscle recovery, has increased my energy levels and genuinely I feel much more focussed. A tip that was passed on to me was to freeze water in large containers (lunchboxes)! Why not give it a go?
