This has been one of my best purchases in a long time! Having the ability to take an ice bath has been incredible. It has made all the difference in my workouts, my mental health, my drive to get things done. Where I live it’s cold enough that the water is about 2° C without adding any water to it and it is able to keep it there even when it gets warmer out. Absolutely love this and anyone wanting to start doing ice baths should get it.

I’ve given the Nurecover two weeks of use and I can honestly say that I am over the moon with my purchased. Weather in the UK has been cool enough to keep the temperature below 10c most of the time and how the tub is built gives it the insulation to maintain the cold without the need, as yet to put in ice. So far I’m absolutely loving this ice bath! The ice bath is easy set up, with easy drainage. I only fill mine to 70% and once in I'm fully submerged. Great size for one, I'm 177cm tall and 113kg. Good little buy, could have a hard cover lid.

The nurecover over plunge is very easy to set up and use. It’s extremely convenient. Our temperatures (Ontario Canada) have been hovering between 6 and -10 degrees which is perfect to keep the water temp cold enough for plunging. Some days we do have to break ice off of the top. The material is very durable. The investment is well worth the plunging pleasure. Is very durable

The Nurecover is awesome! It’s simple construction makes for easy set up, movement, cleaning. It’s perfect for when I get out of my BJJ classes all sore and I take a nice cold dunk.
