I honestly love how the chair is so cute! It's really comfortable as well. And I always wanted a chair that can let me lay back when I want too. I have been looking at gaming chairs for a while but I wasn't too sure if I wanted the chair yet but this one caught my eye and was like. YES! THIS IS THE ONE! Just because it was very cute! Best purchase ever for my first gaming chair haha.

New one is great. Getting the old one off was unclear. Had a friend help “poke” the old piston out by taking the plastic debris cover off, after taking the chair body off the stand. Expect to need large tools to mount the chair body, poke the piston tip with a narrow rod or large screwdriver, and large hammer to finally dislodge. Best 2nd hand description I could do, ask a friend with tools to help disassemble.

Shipping was fast and my son loves this chair! It’s not the xl which was way to big that we got a couple years ago. This one was just right. He’s 15 years old and it fits him very well. Lighting works and it’s comfortable.

The box it came in was so bad that as soon as I tried to move it from where the shipper set it, parts were coming out of one end. Due to the box having fell apart, you could see that the shipping staples from the box punctured the leather on the top of the chair near the headrest. This chair was too expensive to have holes in it right out of the box. I contacted customer service, they said they put in a claim but I’ve never heard back. This was back in May 2023. This is why I gave 4 stars.

This was my first computer chair purchase and I have to say that it was more than I expected. It is very comfortable and glides smoothly across carpet (haven't tried on hard surfaces yet). I do wish there were more color/design options but overall happy with my purchase!

I absolutely love this chair!!! However, there was one small problem that I have experienced with it, since assembling as well. The issue I am having is the left-side armrest is, to put it bluntly, broken. It doesn't stay up when you press the raise button, it will just fall back down to its original position. The protective packaging needs improvement for rough handling during shipment. As a result there is one minor permanent dent on the front side of the back upright. Nothing too troubling. The hinge covers are rather cheap plastic, but still serve their purpose. Otherwise great comfortable chair, and if you come in search of this specific chair, I recommend it.

Absolutely love the chair. It’s comfortable AND looks amazing. When sitting for 8 hours a day, this chair comes in clutch (badum tss). The only thing is the battery pack for the lights seems to die very fast, but I could be doing something wrong.

I’ve had my clutch chair since 2018!!! I’ve had MANY nights of gaming 4+ hours. Everything is great and as long as you wipe it down with car seat leather cleaner and conditioner once in awhile, it will LAST. The chair itself is fantastic and super comfortable! The box it came in on the other hand was a total wreck. The packaging was destroyed by the time it hit my front porch. Whether that is a company issue or a shipping issue I’m not sure but it was kind of ridiculous. Besides all that the chair is fantastic and totally worth the price.

While I absolutely love my chair, I am less enamored with the customer service. I've reached out twice regarding an issue and have yet to receive a response. One of the castors is broken and I just want to know how to get a replacement, but I can't get a response. If customer service was better, I would be an extremely satisfied customer. Right now, I'm just waiting to be able to use my chair again.

Nice strong sturdy desk. Easy to assemble. My only issue was the power cord was a Europe power cord so I had to find an adapter for it other than that everything was in the package and was packaged well.
