Chair quality feels good. Shipping was very quick. However my LEDs do not function properly. I can’t turn them on or off, or change colors with the remote. I was sent a replacement remote but it doesn’t either. Now I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails. The chair is decent but for ~$500 I expected better; or at least to work correctly.

It’s a nice chair, Thats my first impression.
it came in a timely matter and was somewhat easy to put together. The arm rests are easy to adjust and it doesn’t squeak when I sit in it.
My problem and it’s a personal thing, is I don’t like the shape at the bottom where my lower back sits. The sides press into my back and for someone that is sensitive with how my body rests it makes me not comfortable. I am within the measurements that should make the chair comfortable. The chair has been much sturdier and comfortable than the last one I had prior to going with Clutch. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a full 5 stars has been the side edges of the chair stick up and rub against my thighs a bit too much, leading to some soreness felt later on. In order to remedy this, I currently have a pillow that lifts me up over that edge, getting rid of this issue.

Very comfy chair i cant recommend this chair enough. I had mine for 5 years until i broke it recently because i kept falling asleep in, and i'm a large guy 6'1 and 300 pounds. I'm about to buy another one. I would post a picture of it but its broken and tossed it.

After my $200 chair from another manufacturer broke, I bit the bullet and finally got a clutch. Loved the ability to pay with PayPals installments at no interest. This chair is beefy, the materials are great quality and its definitely worth the jump from the other chairs. I think a lot of us spend our money on our PCs or monitors without thinking about how important a seat is. I wish I would've got this a long time ago since I work/design and play at my desk for hours every day.

Well this was the second one I bought because my son and I both have the Clutch chairs. Mine broke first and then his but we’ve had these chairs for over 5 years. Now the parts that we bought for the replacements the holes don’t line up and you will have to modify them. But it’s nice to have available parts to replace them.
