I am very satisfied with lack of beeping when adjusting hearing aid in ear and ease of keeping it in. Sound and ease of adjusting volume is also a lot better than any of the other hearing aids you sold me and warranty tells me I should send them back. I was impressed with the staff! Everyone so helpful! I opted for the smaller BTE, and also the faster shipping. (which was free) They arrived much faster than I could have imagined! Now I hear things I've not heard in years! This is my first pair, so I'm still adjusting to wearing hearing aids, but at least they aren't noticeable! Being vain like I am, I was concerned about everyone seeing them. Overall a good experience!
