First off the price is reasonable compared to the $5000 ones I have. They are delivered within 2 weeks or less. Easy to use and no batteries is another plus. I wear them daily at work as I have significant hearing loss and they get the job done. There is some static and they do hurt my ear canal a bit as I wear them 7 hours a day. I still need to figure out how to clean them and to change the white air piece things. I do recommend this product, ot can be a life saver.

Thanks for your help. Hearing aids are excellent, but it is taking me some time to get the volume finalized. Remember she is has dementia and sometimes she has them correct then she wants to adjust them. There is nothing wrong with the hearing aids it is her trying to adjust the volume then dont change again! We will get there eventually!

I like them real well, so far. They are much better than my expensive ones I had years ago. I wished the sound/tone adjustment was a bit easier because you can't tell where you are at. I am trying all of the dome sizes for my right ear because it does slide out, but not as much as my expensive ones did. They are definitely worth the money!

I received these hearing aid in a timely manor and were packed nicely , unfortunately both of them stopped working within a month and a half, The hearing Company gave me suggestions on how to reset them but that didn't work, they replaced the defective hearing aids and the new units seem to be working fine two weeks in.
