I love the actual product. The shipping delays and the communication was awful. I had to ask about my order. There should have been clear communication about delays. As soon I asked after the "shipping" date I was told had past magic happened and my order was in the mail.

I wish the duck wouldn’t fall off the keychain so much. I accidentally popped it off while I was out and about, and I stepped on it and scratched the paint all off. Thank goodness I bought more than one and will be buying more in the very near future. As they are a huge hit at work! And you make a great product.

Love both the Duckey Caps and the Meow Caps. Only one feedback to give you is that they both get easily dislodged so my daughter and wife has had to stop using it as a bag charm coz the tops kept falling off.

We ordered 3 duckey quack keychains. Two of the duckeys quacked right away. They also light up. Lots of fun. The 3rd duckey needed some charging and then he was quacking away with the other 2. You may need to try different c chargers to get the right one to charge your duck. Great conversation piece. My 1 suggestion is to watch that your duck does not fall off if using it as a keychain. Brilliant little guy, it's quack is perfect and it makes me happy every time it quacks. I did have it hanging from my work lanyard but the duck is a little loose and i lost him :( but because he is such a wonderful bright yellow he was easy to find and a tiny ball of blue tac has stopped him from popping off again! Took some time to get to us, unfortunately it missed the birthday that it was originally intended for. However, the thing is sweet!! Perfect fidget toy and the duck quack nevery gets old. It's got the sweet mechanical switch click for any of the MnK gamers out there. Good product and decent quality, I have yet to kill the battery from factory charge.
