Almost 5*. All that has arrived is excellent. I'm happy with the product, it works. The giftees like it too. That's what matters to me. Sadly, let down by delivery time, communication method, and lack of availability for a product chosen weeks in advance. Delivery took months, much longer than estimate. A refund or alternative colour to the yellow quackey was offered. Instead of separately mailing everyone in this situation, all involved were cc'd in an email chain. Twas fixed, but was annoying.
