This stuff has done wonders for my skin, highly recommend. I do suggest mixing it into a smoothie, my first time trying it I thought I was brave enough to take it from the spoon on its own. I gagged immediately. Once mixed into a drink though, you won’t notice it! So worth the money🌟

I've read that it helps with the symptoms of autism, like seratonin so I bought it for my 7 years old who is in the spectrum, she likes it, drinks it with no fuss so I will order more. As help with ASD, its too early to say anything but surely there is no harm in trying and hoping.

I have recently added it to water with lemons cucumbers and chia seeds which I’ve felt the benefit of and found mixing with chia seeds makes it like bubble tea! So going through jars a lot quicker.
