Second jar of seamoss but this brand is definitely better and felt more energetic after 3 weeks of consistently the magic word is consistently taking it. It has no taste I just take a table spoon a day directly from the jar no messing about as my thoughts are better directly rather than mixing it up.

Really impressed with Mylas Sea moss gel . I started using the kidney , liver and colon cleanses together. I found that it helped with an constipation quite quickly and went to the toilet alot more frequently. I felt less bloated . I did go to the toilet more but I noticed my urine was less pungent and was clearer. Another great product from mylas moss.
