I was sceptical at first as I thought I wouldn’t like the taste / texture. I added a table spoon every morning to my hot water, lemon, ginger and turmeric drink and I couldn’t even taste the difference but knew I was having all these healthy extra benefits. I began adding a small tea spoon into my son’s (5 years old) yogurts and he was none of the wiser either! I complete hit. Now going to order our second batch to continue with focusing on our gut health

Definitely starting to feel the effects of taking the sea moss after 3 weeks my energy levels are a lot better and along with a change in my diet as well I no longer have the bloating like before. I just take a large spoonful every morning or mix it in with my breakfast and that’s it I’m good to go!! Got an extra jar and put in the ice rack and in the freezer too just in case ;)
