Within days I’ve felt a difference in how I feel. I’ve suffered with extreme bloating for the last year and this is the first thing that I’ve tried that has actually made a significant difference. Pleasantly surprised! Have really been enjoying the moss it has no flavour and I like that as it literally goes with anything. We have been mixing it with yoghurt and fruit for breakfast. I have tried multiple sea moss companies but this one is by far the best.
With other sea moss gels whenever I put it into my protein shakes it made it all lumpy and horrible. Now, with Mylas Sea moss, the protein shake is smooth and tastes even better !
